Starr Metrick - Effective January 19, 2001 - Revocation

Alice Abrash - Effective April 25, 2003 - License granted with conditions.  License surrendered on October 24, 2005.

Yolanda Romero - Effective July 18, 2003 - Revocation

Sabrina Burgess - Effective May 21, 2004 - Suspension for 30 days and probation for 1 year.  Probation terminated May 21, 2005.  Ms. Burgess' license is in good standing.

Sandra Goscinski - Effective July 15, 2005 - Reprimand

Mitchell R. Fox - Effective December 15, 2006 - Probation.  All conditions were met and probation terminated December 15, 2007.  Mr. Fox's license is in good standing.

Kimberly L. Locati-Boucher, OTR/L - Effective February 16, 2007 - Six-month suspension (stayed) and 2-year probationary period effective November 17, 2006.
